URUZGAN, In Gandab area of Khas Uruzgan district of Uruzgan, hundreds of Hazaras seized the main polling centre forcing security and election officials to leave. The Hazaras then cast 4,200 ballots for their candidate and left. Head of the Hazaras apologized to IEC officials, blaming youth in his tribe.
