Original Report

A newly-constructed building costing $13 million for the police ‎headquarters was inaugurated in western Nimroz province on Tuesday. ‎

Deputy Interior Ministry Munir Mangal, officials of the NATO-led ISAF, US troops ‎and provincial authorities were present at the inaugural ceremony. ‎

Police chief Col. Abdul Jabbar Purdali told Pajhwok Afghan News the building had ‎‎12 blocks. He said the new headquarters had been constructed on 30 acres of land. ‎
